- No physical item is shipped for digital products unless the product page clearly says otherwise.
- Digital files are delivered through the checkout platform shown on the product page, such as Etsy or Gumroad.
- Most files are available immediately after checkout through the purchase page or receipt email.
Refunds and file help
- Because digital files can be accessed immediately, refunds are handled according to the checkout platform policy and the listing terms shown before purchase.
- If a file is missing, corrupted, or difficult to access, contact us with the product name and order details so we can help deliver the correct file.
- Files are for personal use unless the product page clearly grants a different license.
